Totally inspired by ‘The Happiness Project’, written by Gretchen Rubin, I’m going to attempt my own. Not that I think I am unhappy, I hasten to add. Indeed, in many ways I’m happier right now than I have been for a long time. This last year (2014) has been personally and professionally rewarding and fun – my relationships have grown in depth and in breadth; I’ve been lucky enough to travel widely (having discovered relatively late in life that travel is a passion and something that has unlimited potential to make me happy) and my career has created plenty of opportunities for personal growth and satisfaction.
But, as I fear the bubble could so easily burst, a Happiness Project seems like a wise insurance policy for 2015.
Being fairly happy with my life is pretty good; but being very happy with my life would be even better.
