Tips for everyday happiness

This is a helpful little list – and has the added benefit of gaining me a day or so on my daily blogging resolution, as the next one involves the hefty stuff.

Take pleasure in small things
If you make a mistake, be kind to yourself
Listen to your loved ones
When something bad happens, put a full stop after it
Take some time to ‘be’ rather than ‘to do’
Adults need to play as much as children do
Start the day with gratitude
Use your imagination
End the day thinking of three lovely things that have happened
Give fond greetings and farewells
